Shipping policy
Retail Orders
- Delivery Time: 12–48 hours across the UAE.
- Delivery Charges: Free delivery on orders over AED 200. For orders below AED 200, a flat AED 15 delivery charge applies.
- Order Processing: Orders placed before 3 PM are typically dispatched the same day. Orders after 3 PM may be processed the next business day.
Wholesale Orders
- Delivery Time: 12–48 hours within Dubai, Sharjah, and Umm Al Quwain. Delivery timelines will be confirmed via email for other emirates.
- Delivery Charges: Free delivery on wholesale orders over AED 2000. Orders below AED 2000 will be charged AED 25.
